The medical clinic at Kondie opened on Monday April 14th and started full scale operations. The clinic is operated by a Community Health Officer (CHO), a male nurse and two female nurses. The clinic runs within the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm with two shifts.
Over 37 patients were initially treated with sicknesses that included malaria, ulcers, periodic pain, meningitis, colds, and skin infections.
Meanwhile, we continue to publicize to the surrounding communities who have not heard about the medical clinic. The Kondie clinic charges a minimal amount for quality service and treatment compared to other medical clinics around.
Some drugs are still needed to be able to treat sicknesses like, ulcer, pressure, etc. The CHO is working on favorable prices to obtain these drugs.
