We have two key projects needing your support to provide STABILITY & HOPE to vulnerable children in Africa.

Celebrating four children’s homes

  • In the Bonnie Memorial Children’s Home, thirty-two children now have a safe, nurturing environment. Older children have learned to sew and are now making school uniforms, reducing costs and gaining a valuable skill for future income. With guidance from a tailor hired for a year, these children now use two sewing machines to create their own clothing and have developed a marketable skill, opening opportunities for a career in tailoring within their community.

    House of Love: Sierra Leone

  • Our children’s home in this remote village has been faithfully caring for 15 children, with 5 new ones being added! They are witnessing transformation through education and community care. The children are excited to have a new school and drinking well! It is the only village school in the region, setting a powerful example for nearby areas.

    House of Hope: Mahabama Village, Sierra Leone

  • Twenty-five children are cared for lovingly. Infants who are brought to the doorstep are also nurtured until adopted by Ethiopian families. Our dedicated coordinator ensures their health, happiness, and a high standard of care. In February 2025, Touch the Nations’ founder Katja Starkey, along with her daughter Kiya, will visit to strengthen this mission.

  • Success stories here speak of transformation: one youth training as an electrician and another learning audio and sound technology. Several young women are continuing their educational studies while living outside Bwiza Home. Their journeys reflect the strength of community support and opportunity.
